1. Does my plan cover medical nutrition therapy/nutrition counseling? Ask specifically about procedure codes 97802 and 97803

2. If yes, how many sessions are allowed?

3. Is this benefit limited to specific diagnoses?

4. Do I have preventive benefits

5. Do I have a deductible to meet first?

6. Do I have a co-pay?

7. Is telehealth covered for these visits?
